We will provide CYLC conferences designed to empower students to graduate from high school and college and to seek advanced degrees in order to become effective community leaders. We will adhere to the model established by Sal Castro.

We will pursue a diverse fund development strategy that supports the goals of the Sal Castro Foundation.

We will create a communications system that will inform the public about the Sal Castro Foundation and its work.

We will promote, preserve, and protect the legacy of Sal Castro.
